Membership and Fees 2022

*NB: membership runs from January – December annually. It must be renewed each year. Pro rata rates will apply.

Fourways Gardens Residents (Existing Member): Single R390.00, Family (2 members) R610.00
Fourways Gardens Residents (New Member): Single R430.00, Family (2 members) R680.00

This membership is for residents of Fourways Gardens and includes access to the below:

  • Tuesday 18h30 Quality Session: the club’s trainer will work you hard. Bring a towel and water bottle. The evening’s routine can be done at your own pace, but the intention is always to see improvements in your running – guaranteed.
  • Thursday 18h15 Time Trial: a ‘no pressure’ timed 4km, 5km, or 8km (and more, if you like). We always encourage members and visitors to stick around for a few drinks afterwards. The bathrooms at the Clubhouse provide access to showers, and the restaurant for a very reasonable prices for food.
  • Saturday 06h00 (06h30 winter) Club Runs: we like to organise weekly club runs (when there isn’t a race) to ensure we all keep working towards our running goals. Weekend club runs differ from week to week, and season to season, so best to get in touch with us to find out what we’re up to.
  • Social events: After Time Trial on Thursday, Wine Tastings, Beer Tastings, Quiz Evenings, AGM, and the Club End of Year Function.
  • Race Gazebo: we have a Fourways Road Runner Gazebo set up at selected races where you can keep your bag while running, and find a seat in the shade (and an ice cold drink) when you’re done. We try to include the Two Oceans and Comrades as away races in our Gazebo set ups every year. We can neither confirm, nor deny it, but the Gazebo is where you’ll find some of the best running advice you can get (as well as plenty of other runners who swear they’re never running another Comrades again – before entering it as soon as they’re able!)
