Time Trials are back every Thursday at 18h15 at the gazebo. 4,5 or 8km. You are still able to do virtual time trials if you cannot make it. Please send you Virtual time trial times to Moira. See you there

Valentines day 5km Fun Time Trial
Frra will be hosting a fun 5km time trial on 13th February. As usual spot prizes will be on offer as well as a fun party afterwards at the gazebo. Pizza’s will be served. Cash Bar. Remember to dress up. Come and meet the new committee members and get yourself known.
